Passport
- Valid passport with at least 7 months’ validity from the travel date. Include old passport if available.
Photo
- Recent passport-size photo (soft copy only) with a white background (size: 35mm x 50mm, taken within the last 3 months).
Proof Occupation
- Job Holders: No Objection Certificate (NOC), employee ID card, visiting card.
- Business Owners: Updated trade license (translated into English and notarized), company letterhead, visiting card, memorandum of association (if it’s a limited company).
- Government Employees: Government Order (GO), employee ID card, visiting card.
- Doctors: BMDC certificate, company pad, visiting card.
- Lawyers: BAR Council certificate, employee ID card, visiting card.
- Students: Student ID card (both sides), original NOC from institution.
- Housewives / Children / Retired / Unemployed: Relevant documents such as a marriage certificate, birth certificate, retirement documents, or guardian’s supporting papers.
Sponsors/Financial Proof
- Personal or company bank statement for the last 6 months, showing a minimum balance of BDT 80,000 per applicant.
- Bank solvency certificate (either personal or company).
- For dependents: financial documents of the guardian or spouse.
Other Documents
- National ID card or birth certificate.
- Marriage certificate (if spouse’s name is not mentioned in the passport).
