Required Documents:
Passport
- A passport valid for at least 7 months from the travel date. If available, include the old passport as well.
Photo
- Recent passport-size photo (soft copy only) with a white background (size: 35mm x 45mm, taken within the last 3 months).
Proof Occupation
- Job Holders: No Objection Certificate (NOC), employee ID card, salary documents (bank statement, salary certificate, or pay slip), visiting card.
- Business Owners: Updated trade license (translated into English and notarized), company letterhead, visiting card, memorandum of association (if it’s a limited company).
- Government Employees: Government Order (GO), ID card, salary documents.
- Doctors: BMDC certificate, visiting card.
- Lawyers: BAR Council certificate, visiting card.
- Students: Student ID card (both sides), leave letter from the institution.
- Housewives / Children / Retired / Unemployed: Relevant support documents such as marriage certificate, parent or guardian documents, retirement certificate, or birth certificate.
Sponsors/Financial Proof
- Personal bank statement for the last 6 months showing a minimum balance of BDT 70,000 per applicant.
- Bank solvency certificate (either personal or company).
- For dependents: financial documents of a parent or spouse.
Other Documents
- Copy of National ID card.
- Recent utility bill (electricity, gas, water, or telephone) dated within the last 3 months.
- Marriage certificate (only required if spouse’s name is not listed in the passport).
