These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Trip Begin website and any booking, enquiry or travel service arranged through our platform.

Use of the Platform

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing a booking request.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out using your account.
  • You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the platform, payment flows or supplier integrations.

Bookings and Pricing

Travel products are subject to availability, supplier rules, fare conditions, taxes and operational limitations. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed and ticketed or otherwise finalized.

Some services are fulfilled by third-party airlines, hotels, insurers, tour operators or digital service providers. Their specific rules, restrictions and cancellation conditions apply in addition to these terms.

Payments and Authorization

  • By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.
  • Payment options shown at checkout may vary by booking type, currency, destination, fraud-screening outcome and payment provider availability.
  • A booking is not considered fully confirmed until payment is successfully authorized or captured and the relevant supplier confirmation is issued where applicable.
  • Trip Begin may decline, suspend or manually review a booking where payment verification, fraud review, identity checks or supplier validation remain incomplete.

Traveler Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring that traveler names, dates of birth, passport details and travel dates are correct before confirming a booking.
  • You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccination documents and any entry or transit permissions required for your trip.
  • Failure to travel due to missing or incorrect documents does not automatically create a right to refund.

Cancellations, Changes and Refunds

All changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the applicable supplier terms, fare rules and any service charges communicated at the time of support.

Processing times for reversals or refunds may vary depending on the supplier, payment provider and issuing bank.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, contact Trip Begin first so we can review the booking and payment record. Opening a chargeback while a booking is still being serviced, investigated or refunded may delay resolution and may require additional verification from the traveler.

Trip Begin reserves the right to provide booking records, traveler confirmations, usage evidence and communication history to payment processors, acquirers or card schemes when responding to a dispute or fraud claim.

Liability

Trip Begin acts as a travel services platform and intermediary for many products offered through third-party suppliers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, supplier operational disruptions or traveler losses arising from events outside our reasonable control.
